Executive Member Rupsing Teron to Look After The Increase in Revenue Collection Matter

HAMREN: The Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) entrusted EM Rupsing Teron to look after the Department of Land and Revenue. For the year 2018-19, between April to July the Department of Land and Revenue collected about Rs 5,58,20,219 as tax. Compared to the previous years, there has been an increase of 4 per cent in revenue collection this year. There is a possibility of the department collecting about Rs 20 crore as tax this year.
