Exhibition-cum-sale organized

Dibrugarh, Oct 1: On the eve of Gandhi Jayanti, a two-day exhibition-cum-sale of traditiol food items, handloom and handicraft products has been organized by the social organization Aayoti  in association with the Handloom and Handicrafts Industry and Weavers Development Centre at Bon Bari Prangon, Boiragimath on October 1 to October 2. A workshop on flower decoration, training related to fabric art and a cultural function were the scheduled programmes of the iugural day. The programme schedule for  October 2 include Go As You Like competition on the theme of Gandhian Philosophy, Biya am competition, ethnic fashion show-cum-competition and cultural programme. Later on, in a prize distribution ceremony prizes will be given away to the winners of the above competitions.
