Exit-symposium-cum-farewell held

SIVASAGAR, May 2: An exit-symposium-cum-farewell was organized with great fervor in Sibsagar Commerce College for the outgoing 6th semester batch of B.Com and BCA by the college students’ union in association with the Event Magement batch of the college. The event was graced by TC Mahanta and Gaurishankar Baruah of the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya which also co-sponsored the event. The event comprised two sessions, the formal session and informal session. The formal session saw a very informative speech from the Principal of the college, Dr Saumarjyoti Mahanta. The informal session included various performances, including singing and dancing, by the students. Anjan Bharali and ya Das were crowned as Mr and Miss Sibsagar Commerce College respectively and Bhaskar Jyoti Kutum received the Most Disciplined Student award.
