External evaluators to attend election training: Silchar

Silchar: In a notification issued by the Additional District Commissioner cum Mission Director of SSA Cachar on November 21, 2018, it was stated that Skills Evaluation of the left out schools of Gunotsav of Round II will now be held on November 27. On the same date that is on November 21, orders were issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Cachar stating that training for panchayat elections was assigned on November 27.

This led to a great confusion, particularly among those who were assigned to perform both the duties of external evaluators of Gunotsav and to attend election training on November 27. However, the ADC (Education) cum District Mission Coordinator of SSA Cachar R K Dam issued another notification on November 24 wherein he has stated that external evaluators of Gunotsav (Cachar) will have to attend their election training on November 28 in place of November 27. As such, the external evaluators were asked to positively attend their respective schools for evaluation work on November 27.
