Fans celebrate Proneeta's victory in Dance India Dance

KOKRAJHAR, October 11: The people of Kokrajhar are celebrating the victory of Proneeta Swargiary in Dance India Dance, Season 5 on Saturday.

Temporary white silver screens were set up in many places by different clubs and organizations in the evening where people and Proneeta’s fans gathered to watch the live telecast. The delighted people enjoyed by bursting fire crackers.

Several organizations including the ABSU, Bodoland Artistes’ Association, Dularai Boro Harimu Afat (DBHA), UPP, Bodoland Students’ Union (BSU), Bodoland Indigenous Games Association (BIGA), BPF and other social organizations hailed the victory of Proneeta and said that Proneeta had brought laurels to the State and the Northeast.

Meanwhile, jubilant and happy at the win of Proneeta Swargiary, Pratibha Brahma, vice-president of the United People’s Party (UPP) and mita Brahma and Suchila Chetry, president and general secretary, Women’s Wing, UPP, on behalf of Women’s Wing of United People’s Party conveyed their congratulations to Proneeta Swargiary for her hard-earned triumph in DID 5.

On the other hand, the general secretary of the United People’s Party (UPP), Pradip Daimary congratulated Proneeta Swargiary for her success. She hails from Bartari of Bagsa district in BTC.
