FC Green Valley to face Barrhoonkha AC today, Morning Star win

Guwahati, July 15: Karbi Anglong Morning Star put one step forward to earn a berth in the fil of the Assam State Premier League Soccer tourment. The side, in the first leg of the semi fil, defeated Triyanjyoti Sangha of Dibrugarh by 2-0 at Diphu today. Orok Orok Essien and Benjamin Hanse scored one goal each in the first half of the match. Meanwhile local outfit FC Green Valley will take on Baarhoongkha FC in the second semi fil here tomorrow. The first leg of the semi fil round will be held at the Nehru stadium which will kickoff at 3-00 in the afternoon.
