Films From NE Screened at Habitat Film Fest

A round five regional movies and one documentary were screened in the 13th edition of the Habitat Film Festival, in New Delhi.

Habitat Film Festival began at New Delhi's India Habitat Centre on May 17, and concluded on May 27 last.

Eminent filmmaker Utpal Borpujari's children film 'Ishu', Rima Das's 'Village Rockstars', Arup Manna's 'Ananya' and Hijmjyoti Talukdar's 'Calender' from Assam were screened at the festival.

On the other hand, Nagaland film maker Tiakuzuk Aier's 'NANA - A Tale of Us' and Anushka Meenakshi and Iswar Srikumar's documentary 'Up Down and Sidaways' were also screened in the festival.

The festival inaugurated by eminent film critic and scholar Aruna Vasudev, focused on the National award-winning and critically acclaimed films this year across India.
