GUWAHATI, April 16: Rita Sinha, wife of former Patharkandi MLA Kartik Se Sinha, lodged an FIR against her husband at Dispur police station today. No case has been registered as yet. Rita Sinha said before the police that her husband was trying to take away three of their four children staying with her. The former MLA is now staying with another woman, she said.
