Five arrested at Silchar

Silchar, April 29: 5 notorious criminals were caught red handed from Tulagram, Nutan Baazar, under Sonai Police Station, when they were trying to snatch money from a senior citizen at an ATM counter at SBI branch, recently. An amount of Rs.20,000 was recovered from their possession. These criminals are Saharul Islam, son of Akal Ali Laskar, Raju Uddin Laskar, son of Sprig Uddin Laskar, Hilal Ahmed, son of Nimai Uddin Ahmed, Riyabul Hussain Laskar, son of Haris Ali Laskar, Ajmol Ali Laskar, son of Sajal Ali Laskar. All of them are residents of Ujantarapur Police Station, Lakhipur.
