Five day rural health camp begins in Barak valley

 Silchar, May 18: As a part of the five day rural health service in the valley, from Monday to Friday, a medical camp was conducted by Keshab Smarak Sanskriti Surabhi (KSSS) in A K Chanda L P School in Meherpur GP, near this town, today. The health camps will also be conducted in other rural parts of the valley. The camps will be attended by Dr. Chandan Mishra, Dr. Prag Kalarthi, Dr. Sandhya Khaladkar, Bishwa Pratim Dey, along with other renowned doctors from various parts of the country.

  In the camp over 300 patients underwent medical health checkup. The president of the KSSS, Shubhrangsu Shekhar Bhattacharjee, told the media-persons that the camp would be conducted on Tuesday at Barshangan GP, on Wednesday at Urbond Tea Estate, on Thursday at Durby Tea Estate, and on Friday at Rosekandy Tea Estate respectively. Dilip Kumar, secretary KSSS, requested the people of the valley to attend and avail the benefits of the medical camps.
