Food packets distributed among BPL families

HOJAI, May 6: Food packet distribution programme was held at ukhuti village under Hojai subdvision of gaon district on Tuesday.

The distribution ceremony was held at ukhuti centre Bazar School premises. Altogether 550 economically weak families received food packets of 25 kg rice, 3 kg pulses, 2kg sugar, 2 litres mustard oil and 1 kg salt. The programme was organized by the Ajmal Foundation and Markazul Ma'rif under the food packet distribution programmme of 2015, which was sponsored by the Matiwala Family Charitable Trust of UK.

Shamsul Haque Choudhury, in-charge of Markazul Ma'rif, Maula Khalilul Rahman and Maula Parvez Alam, and Dr MRH Azad of Ajmal Foundation attended the programme.
