Former minister Mithius Tudu passes away

KOKRAJHAR, July 10: Former minister during Congress rule, Mithius Tudu died due to old-age ailment at Subham Private Nursing Home at Siliguri in West Bengal on Monday at around 12.30 pm.  He leaves behind a son and three daughters.  He was 92. Sources said Tudu was taken to Siliguri a couple of days back for medical treatment.  His body will be buried on Tuesday at his birth place Grahampur under Gossaigaon subdivision in Kokrajhar district. He was a popular Adivasi legislator and became minister thrice.  His son was also MCLA from Congress.
