Foundation day celebration of socio-cultural organization

Dibrugarh, Feb 13: The third foundation day celebration of the socio-cultural organization Sangeetam was organized at the premises of Kid Veda School on Monday.  

The function was iugurated with lighting of lamp by Surjya Prasad Saikia , and presentation of traditiol hymn  Mangalacharan by Soniya Bawri,  in presence of the members of Sangeetam and other invited guests.  Later, a souvenir titled Unmesh was formally released by Umanda Dowerah of Moran.

Apart from the performance of the budding talents of Sangeetam, cultural programme were also presented by guests like Sewashri Rudra, Adrita Bhuyan and the president of Sangeetam, Dr. Anjali Phukan. The secretary, Maitryee Barua Bhowmick, treasurer Pankhi Saikia, members- Atreyee Barua, Vivek Sharma, Noboday Ghosh, Baishampayan Bhowmick, Monideepa Rani  Banerjee, Sweta Chetry, Piya Chatterjee, Sulolita Saikia, Kumud Ranjan Das, Rajen Prasad Khound,  Shreya Mazumdar and Shayanika Ganguly made the cultural function more lively with their respective enthralling performances Sangeetam since its inception has been dedicated in encouraging  the latent talents of young children.
