Foundation day of IYC observed at Lakhimpur

Lakhimpur, August 9:  The foundation day of Indian Youth Congress (IYC) was celebrated at North Lakhimpur Rajib Bhavan under the initiative of the president of Assembly Youth Congress Pranjal Pratim Konwar. Almost all leaders and members of Lakhimpur Youth Congress attended the function. The flag was hoisted by Pranjal Pratim Konwar.  The Youth Congress members also carried out a cleanliness drive.
