Foundation laid

Shillong, March 23: The Meghalaya Minister in charge of Cooperation, HDR Lyngdoh, recently unveiled the foundation stone for the construction of the office building of the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Society at the premises of DIC Nongpoh in the presence of Dr DD Lapang, Chief Adviser to the Government of Meghalaya, Julius Dorphang, MLA of Mawhati constituency, Dr Pooja Pandey, Deputy Commissioner, Ri Bhoi district and other dignitaries. The construction of the office building will be executed by the Meghalaya Government Construction Corporation (MGCC) at a sanctioned amount of Rs. 1.60 crore.
