Four held with 725 kg ganja at Rowta

UDALGURI, Feb 21: The 61 Bn SSB had launched a special operation in the Rowta forest area near Rowta river and four persons - Dhani Ram Basumatari, Jui Daimari, Subhiram Daimari and Sansuma Daimari - were arrested along with 725 kg ganja from their possession. The arrested persons are from Sikaridanga village under Majbat police station area. The operation was led by Ramvir Kumar Yadav, assistant commander. This was stated in a press statement issued by K R Lemror, the deputy commandant of 61 Bn SSB stationed at Bhairabkunda.
