Four players jointly top 2nd International Fide Rating Chess Tournament

GUWAHATI, July 11: Top seed Grandmaster Diptayan Ghosh of West Bengal and third seed Sai Agni Jeevitesh J along with Aronyak Ghosh and A Muthaiah are jointly leading in 2nd International Fide Rating Chess Tournament here on Wednesday. All four collected 5 points each after the end of the sixth round.

The tournament is being organized by Chess Players Parents Forum in co-operation with Guwahati Chess Association at Tarun Ram Pookan complex.

Diptayan, in the sixth round today, defeated Aronyak Ghosh while Sai Agni jeevitesh shared points with A Muthaiah as the match between them came to an end as a draw.
