Four shops gutted in Tezpur

Tezpur, May 26: In a devastative fire altogether four shops of clothes, drug and statiory items mely Bitu Cloth Store, Parmud Cloth Store, Kajal Ghosh Cloth Store and Mausumi Medical Hall were completely gutted at Pachmile area under Barghat Police outpost on Wednesday night at around 11 pm. In the incident property worth about Rs 17 lakh was damaged. However, the area was saved from further loss as the fire brigade team arrived on time.
