Free books distributed

LBARI, March 19: Jogesh Malakar, the president of District Home Guard Welfare Committee, lbari distributed free books among the students and teachers of Jata High School and Jata ME School at Sathikuchi  near Barama on Thursday. Malakar said that students should gather knowledge from an early stage and they should read books other than their textbooks to gain as much knowledge as possible. Knowledge would give them the power to meet the challenges of life, he said. Girish Chandra Barman, headmaster of Jata High School, Bhabani Rajbongshi , headmaster of  Jata ME School, Mahidhar Deka, State member of Home Guard Welfare Committee,  Nipjyoti Medhi , jourlist , Hareswar Kumar, district member of District Home Guard Welfare Committee and others attended the function.
