Free medical aid camp held

Chirang, Feb 2: As a part of Operation Sabhava, a free medical cum veteriry Aid camp was conducted by the Indian Army at village Runikhata in Chirang district today. Army doctors and veteriry dresser from Army, Paramilitary and civil veteriry surgeons & doctors also contributed their free service and aided the populace & animals of the area.  A total of 1123 cases of women, children & men of the area were benefited from the camp. Besides this, a total of 810 cases of cattle and other animals benefited. Free checkup & medicines were provided to the people.  Deworming and vaccines were also provided to the livestock to prevent the diseases. The local populace wholeheartedly welcomed the camp as an initiative to better their lives.
