Boko: Unit of Red Horns Division of Indian Army, Balijana Camp organized a free medical camp at Hekra Public School in a remote village, Mandira in Boko constituency wherein necessary medical advice and assistance were provided to 1,090 locals along with free medicines. People of all age groups from adjoining villages attended the camp. A team of five doctors from Army and three from civil administration provided medical support and care to the locals on the occasion. ECG machine and dental chair were setup, lab was established and blood tests and other procedures were carried out. Screening for hypertension and malnutrition was done. A lecture was also organized for recognizing International Day for Elimination of Violence against Women.
