SIVASAGAR, April7: An organisatiol meeting of the alumni of Fuleswari Girls' HS School, the fourth oldest school of girls' education in Assam, will be held in the school auditorium here on April 18 as part of the year-long Centery Celebration of the school which was established way back in 1915. The Celebration committee, which was formed with Manika Saikia as president, Dr Prakash Kotoky as working president and Dipanjali Mahanta and Manoj Borthakur as joint secretary, has requested alumni, ex members of teaching staff and employees to attend the programme. Hach Ara Begum, president of the committee for alumni reception said that in addition to the ex-student- teacher get- together, an alumni association will be formed in the meeting which will co-ordite with the main committee to organise the three-day centery celebrations from December 15 to December 17, 2015. As a part of the centery celebration, a popular science lecture will also be held on April 20 which will be delivered by Dr Diganta Bora, professor of the department of Chemistry , Sibsagar College.
