gaon school students exchange views on safe drinking water with Michigan students

GAON, February 2: A group of student from gaon Bengali Girls’ and Bengali Boys’ School led by Assistant Teacher of Bengali Girls’ High School, Arpa Bhattacharya recently took part in a live video conference at gaon DC conference hall and exchanged views with a group of students from Bahweting Anishbe Public School Academy and Saint Mary’s Catholic School at Michigan in United States of America.

Both the students groups exchanged their views on the project ‘A study on major challenge for safe drinking water’ which was sub-titled as a culmition function of Water Rediscover Intertiol 2015-16.The programme was coordited by Achinta Bezborua, Assistant Professor of North Dokuta University. Among the group fromAssam were Ishani Das, Pranita Bhattacharya, Anindita Bose, Antara Goswami Sunoia Das of Bengali Girls’ High School and Mamirul Islam and Snehashish Pal of haon Bengali Higher Secondary School. On the other hand, in the Michigan group there were Melanie, Tessa, Sophie and Elizabeth.
