General meeting of socio-cultural organization

Dibrugarh, May 9: The biennial general meeting of Mancharupa – a socio-cultural organization – was held under the presidentship of Dr Bharati Dutta recently. The meeting witnessed a host of discussions spanning across several issues. On the occasion, a new executive committee was also formed, where retired teacher as well as social worker, Sewan Prasad Sarma, and Abdul Khalek were elected as its president and executive president respectively.
