Goalpara College Professor Atindra Kumar Choudhury passes away

GOALPARA: Atindra Kumar Choudhury (78 years), former head of the department of political science at Goalpara College, died on Thursday at GNRC hospital, Guwahati. Atindra Choudhury, a member of reputed Choudhury family of Goalpara district, was suffering from kidney related problems since last one year. Post retirement, he was appointed as the member of the Juvenile Justice Board of Goalpara district and served it with full dedication. On Thursday, his mortal body was brought to the Goalpara College and tribute was paid by students and teachers.
