Governor of Arunachal Pradesh visits Tezpur University

Tezpur: Governor of Arunachal Pradesh visited Ek Bharat (EBSB) Camp of NCC at Tezpur University on Thursday. He addressed NCC cadets of the North Eastern Region and UP and asked them to become model citizens of the country and be at the fore front of change. The EBSB camp of NCC at Tezpur University under the North Eastern Region Directorate, Shillong commenced on January 1 and will culminate on January 12. PT, games, talks by visiting dignitaries, dog show, various competitions of debate, National Integration Awareness Programme (NIAP), Drill are keeping the cadets constructively engaged.

Maj Gen Raju Chauhan, Additional Director General, NCC North Eastern Region Directorate, Shillong, who were present on the occasion, spoke about fostering the spirit of national Integration among the cadets. He was positive that at the end of the camp, the cadets would be better equipped to face the world.

The Camp Commandant of EBSB Brig K Sreenivasa Rao, Group Commander, Tezpur Group NCC, mentioned that the cadets have participated with zeal and enthusiasm in all the activities of the camp.
