GUWAHATI, March 16: Gauhati Town club (GTC) entered into the  semi fil of the Servo 22nd Guwahati Challenge Trophy All Assam Prize Money Cricket tourment defeating Guwahati Cricket Coaching Centre by 3 wickets in the third quarter fil held at the Judges ground here today. Invited to bat, Guwahati Cricket Coaching Centre piled up fighting total, 247-5, thanks to a fine century from Jay Singh Yadav. Jay played 84 balls to score 102 innings with the help of eight boundaries and five over boundaries. Hrishikesh Tamuly (51) scored half century in the game. In reply, Gauhati Town club reached the target in 39.1 overs losing 7 wickets. Gobinda Rajbongshi (55) scored half century. Deep Bora (44) and yanjyoti Deka (44) were the other major contributors.
