Gunotsav Round -ll held at Moirabari in Morigaon district

On the occasion of Gunotsav Round-II the Assistant Professor of Morigaon College & external evaluator Pallavi Hazarika visited No. 2 Garoimari MEM School at Moirabari under Laharighat Education Block of Morigaon. Hazarika visited the school with the intention to inspect the quality of education received by students.

Pallavi Hazarika attended the school at around 8:00 am and interacted with the students. the Assistant Professor also checked the classrooms, toilets and surroundings areas of the school.

As a part of Gunotsav Hazarika assessed Reading, Writing and Numerical Skills of the Students as well as Co-Scholastic, School Infrastructure and Community Participation in the School.

Altogether there are 244 students in the school with 8 teachers including Headmaster Afaz Uddin Ahmed, Nodal teacher Ranjan jyoti Mahanta.

Gunotsav Programme also held in Moirabari Model School, Moirabari MEM, Moirabari Rastrabhasha ME, Moirabari JN ME School etc.

The second round of Gunotsab has begun in 31st October will continue till 3rd November 2018.

The second round of Gunotsav covers districts including Baksa, Barpeta, Biswanath, Chirang, Darrang, Dhubri, Dima Hasao, Goalpara, Golaghat, Hailakandi, Kamrup (Metro), Karimganj,Lakhimpur, Majuli, Nagaon Tinsukia and West Karbi Anglong.
