Guwahati Grenade Blast: Three more accused sent to 10 days Police Remand

Guwahati: With the arrests of three more suspects to the Guwahati Grenade Blast incident on last Wednesday, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Kamrup (M) on Saturday ordered 10 days police remand to accused.

The arrested accused were identified as Amrit Ballab Goswami, Indra Mohan Borah and Chinmoy Lahokar.

It may be mentioned that the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Kamrup Metro on Friday ordered 10 days police remand to both the suspected accused of Guwahati Bomb Blast incident, Pranamoy Rajguru and Janabi Saikia.

Public Prosecutor, Bhaskar Dev Konwar earlier informed that the CJM court had directed the Assam police to conduct medical tests of both the suspects namely Pranamoy Rajguru and Janabee Saikia after every 48 hours during the 10 days police remand.

They will be again produced before the CJM Court on May 27, 2019.

Both Pranamoy Rajguru and Janabee Saikia were arrested from Panjabari on Thursday and booked under the charges of sedition and arms act.
