Handloom exhibition drawing crowds

DHUBRI, May 5 : Around 30 handicraft artistes have participated in the seven-day handloom exhibition, which has been organized by District Industrial Centre at Gauripur here from May 2. A wide variety of handloom and handicrafts products have been put up for sales and display. Dhubri district ADC Bhogeswar Shyam iugurated the exhibition on Saturday. A competition will be held with the products of the artistes in the programme. An organizer of the exhibition said that they have got a very good response from the people. “The response of the people is great and we have also earned many regular customers here,” he said.
