HANM (WW) withdraws indefite hunger strike

SHILLONG, Sept 17: The Hynñiewtrep Achik tiol Movement, Women’s Wing today announced that they have decide to call off their indefinite hunger strike to protest against the state government for being silent on their demands to reconstruct the road from 13 mile till Umtyrnga which stretches about 5.50 kilometres.
