Harishinga Circle Officer yet to be appointed

KALAIGAON, March 8: The Circle Office in Harishinga under Udalguri District is functioning without a Circle Officer since the past two months. The vacant post has become a cause of major concern. Office work is getting hampered. People are uble to get any certificates like PRC, Income Certificate and Caste Identification Certificate for scholarship. The people have urged the authority concerned to appoint a Circle Officer in Harishinga Revenue Circle. But neither the State Government nor BTC administration has taken steps as yet to fill up the vacant post.
