Headmistress suspended

NAGAON, April 19: Deputy Inspector of Schools, Nagaon on Thursday suspended the headmistress of Borhampur Battalion Primary School, Binarani Gayan for her negligence to official duty.  According to sources of DI, Nagaon office, Gayan allegedly kept the school closed on April 13 and deprived the students of the right to the education. Soon after intimation of the incident, DI, Nagaon directed an urgent inquiry against the headmistress and on Thursday on basis of that enquiry report, DI, Nagaon, Buddha Kotoki suspended her immediately.
