Hemchandra Baruah Memorial Jourlist Award

GOLAGHAT, Oct 28: The two-day convention of Golaghat District Jourlist Union started in Golaghat town on Wednesday. An executive meeting was held under the president ship of Radhika Ballabh Goswami at the premises of the Golaghat District Jourlist Union. In this meeting a decision was taken to give the litterateur Hemchandra Baruah Memorial Best Jourlist Award to jourlists who serve the society with faith and dignity.
