Himachal offer DSP post to Sushma

Shimla, July 25: India’s intertiol woman cricketer Sushma Verma was on Tuesday offered the job of a DSP in Himachal Police by the state government for her sporting achievements.

Sushma Verma has brought laurels to the hill state and to its people by excelling in intertiol cricket, an official statement quoting Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said here.

A wicketkeeper-batswoman, Sushma was a member of the Indian team that played the 2017 ICC Women’s World Cup fil against winners England. IANS
