Hindu Milan Mandir Concludes Summer Workshop in Dibrugarh,Assam

Dibrugarh, Aug 1: The 22-day free summer workshop, organised by Dibrugarh Hindu Milan Mandir (DHMM), came to a successful end with a valedictory function recently. The workshop which saw the participation of around 85 students from various schools of the town was able to garner positive feedback of all. The cultural function held to mark the valedictory function began with an opening dance, ‘Guru Pranam Mantra’, which was followed by the inauguration of an open meeting by the president of DHMM, Madhusudan Ghosh, along with other dignitaries including retired headmaster of Dibrugarh Bengali High School, Koli Mukherjee.

The working President of the organisation, Sudip Kumar Banik inaugurated the exhibition, where the participants showcased their creative bent of mind in the form of drawings and craft works. The coordinator of the summer workshop, Gopa Chowdhury, in her speech, broadly stated the aims and objectives of the children summer workshop.
