HMM to organize summer workshops to hone children's talent

DIBRUGARH, July 13: To mark the centery celebration of the Bharat Sevashram Sabgha (BSS), Hindu Milan Mandir (HMM), a sister organization of the BSS, here has planned to organize several functions like summer workshop for school children, parents counseling and others. The iugural function of the celebration got under way here at HMM premises recently with the lighting of traditiol lamp by the former president of AAJU, I. Ahmed.

Former professor of Education Department of Dibru College, Dr Runuma Sarmah, staff reporter of Dainik Yuga Sankha, Sanjib ndi, staff reporter of Dainik Purboday, Jitendra Srivastava, and staff reporter of Purbanchal Prahari, Lalit Sarma   were the chief guests of the function. The meeting was presided over by HMM president, Madhu Sudhan Ghosh.

Dr Sarmah in her speech lauded the efforts of HMM for organizing summer workshop for school children with a view to impart training on various subjects relating sports, education, spiritual and cultural activities. She appealed all to work cohesively with devotion for the overall development of the society as well as for the country.

Other speakers who addressed the meeting, in their respective speeches, recalled the dedicated services of Bharat Sevashram  during calamity and tural disaster  and called upon the members of the Dibrugarh Hindu Milan Mandir for continuation of summer workshop.

“Such workshops will help flourish the latent talent of the students as well as it will help to build a strong persolity,” the speakers claimed.

Highlighting the future projects to be taken by HMM during observance of centery celebration of BSS, Madhu Sudhan Ghosh in his presidential address said that the HMM had resolved to build one art school and yoga centre for the poor and needy people beside organizing Dharma Sangskriti Sanmmelan in different parts of the district and to organize 10 free medical camps in different parts of the town.
