Holi celebrated with gaiety

JOYSAGAR, March 13: The festival of colours, Holi was celebrated with traditiol pomp and gaiety throughout the historic town of Sivasagar.  Various religious and cultural programmes were held in many places of the town. Besides, religious jhulan jatra was also observed and many devotees took part in this religious procession. Apart from few minor incidents, the whole festival was celebrated peacefully.
