Holiday declared on April 11

KOKRAJHAR, April 8: As per the direction of the Election Commission of India (ECI), the Chirang Deputy Commissioner has declared the April 11, as a public holiday under the provisions of the Negotiable Instrument Act to conduct and facilitate the assembly election, 2016.
