Home guard volunteers' enrolment

HOWRAGHAT, November 6: The Directorate of Civil Defence and Home Guard in an order has asked all the Home Guard Volunteers below the age of 55 years to report at the District Home Guards Office, Diphu in Karbi Anglong and submit option form, press release stated today.

The release further said that those Home Guard Volunteers who havealready completed three years of voluntary service as Home Guard and willing to enroll as Home Guards for another period of three years may apply immediately at the District Home Guards Office at Diphu.
