IMPHAL March 23: A 45 years old housewife Iocha Soibam died in the Regiol Institute of Medical Sciences hospital in Imphal due to serious burn injuries. It is said that following quarrels with her husband she doused kerosene and set herself on fire. She has been undergoing treatment in the hospital. Police have registered a case. The husband is absocning.
