Shillong, May 5: The Hill State People’s Democratic Party (HSPDP) today submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma on the issues relating to the fallout of the Meghalaya High Court’s ruling on the role of headmen, extension of areas under MUDA coverage and failure of the government invite the HNLC for talks. In the memorandum to Dr Sangma, the HSPDP said that the verdict of Meghalaya High Court has had a huge impact on the society.
