Huge win for Metro club

GUWAHATI, Feb 19: Metro club of Guwahati defeated Cricket Golden Generation (Diphu) by 70 runs in the Bud Challenge Cricket tourment match held at Mangaldoi today.Neeraj Tiwari (36, 5-43) of winning team displayed good all round show in the match. Elected to bat, Metro Club scored 239-9 in their 40 overs. Sunu Kumar (60) scored half century while Kaushik Ojha and Neeraj Tiwary contributed 48 and 36 runs respectively. In reply, Diphu outfit bowled out 169 thanks to a nice spell from Neeraj Tiwari (5-43).
