Sao Paulo, Nov 9: Force India driver Sergio Perez feels he is driving at his best ahead of this weekend’s Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix.
“In the last few races we’ve had a really good run of results. I feel I’m driving at my best and the team is doing a fantastic job. We want to finish this season on a high and we still have some big results in us, so I am confident ahead of the race,” said Perez, who notched up a podium spot (third) at the Russian Grand Prix in October.
The Mexican took part in his home GP just a week ago, finishing the race in a creditable eighth position.
“Racing in my home Grand Prix last week was a dream come true. The support from the fans was incredible and I have so many memories that will stay with me forever. I was happy with my performance over the weekend and it was one of my best races of the season,” said the 25-year-old. IANS
