Ibobi flags off bike rally

IMPHAL, March 13: Chief Minister Okram Ibobi flagged off a rally of bicycles today morning. These members of the bicycle rally numbering

20 shall cover some NE states in the next ten days. The members of the rally range from 13 to 58 years of age. The chief minister said that the rally will help consolidate the relations between the people of the Northeast and the rest of the country through this mission.
