ICCW to organize painting competition

DIBRUGARH, August 13: Like the previous years, this year too, the district level tiol Painting Competition will be organized by the District Committee of the Indian Council for Child Welfare (ICCW) in the campus of Bikalp School on August 23.
The painting competition will be a three-level competition where the district-level winners will be selected to the State-level competition to be held in Guwahati. The winners of the State-level competition will participate at the tiol level competition, which is the last level in the three level category of this painting competition, to be organized by ICCW in Delhi. The competition will be held under different age categories with a separate category for the physically and mentally retarded children. The general secretary of ICCW, Kumkum Dutta has asked all children  and students to register their mes as participants on or before August 22.
