HOJAI, May 7: Illegal foreign liquor was seized at Kheroni by Hamren police in west Karbi Anglong. A police team led by Arif Ahmed, Deputy Superintendent of Police of Hamren, raided a restaurant at Kheroni daily market. A total of 311 bottles of uuthorized foreign liquor were seized. Police arrested the restaurant owner Manik Lal Dey (41) and his helper Johar Lal Das in this connection.
