Illegal liquor seized in Duliajan

DULIAJAN, June 9: Exercise department of Duliajan launched an operation in Duliajan and its neighbouring areas where they have seized 100 liters illegal country liquor. Duliajan exercise department led by Kamaluddin on Thursday morning launched a drive at Duliagaon, Jutlibari, Gojalbasti, Madhuting and Khermia where they seized 3,000 litres of parch illegal country made chemical product and 100 litres country made illegal liquor along with eight empty drums. Due to lack of female Excise personnel, they could not arrest the women who were involved in the illegal business.
