IMD warns of more stormy weather in North India

Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, which saw the maximum number of deaths after Wednesday evening’s dust storm and thunderstorm. The dust storm wrecked havoc as more than 100 people have been killed and several injured. Agra was the worst-hit with 43 casualties. 

The India Meteorological Department forecast that on May 5th thunderstorm with gusty winds may occur in the parts of Gangetic West Bengal, Assam, and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura, Odisha, and Kerala.
