GUWAHATI, March 31: An imposter – Bani Kanta Media, hailing from Masalpur in Baksa district and staying on a rented house in Panjabari in Guwahati – was arrested by sleuths of the Crime Branch and CID of the police from Satgaon on Friday night. According to the police, Medhi sometimes indentifies himself as an ULFA rebel, sometimes as a sleuth of the CBI, the SB etc. He did demand cash from many people in the city.
